Refunds may not be reissued on the basis of color, or personal issues. In the case of damaged lenses, if you order lenses we refuse the right to reply to customers on rude and hostile behavior please remember we are people too! Refunds may also not be reissued on shipping delays, order delays on personal frustration by ordering you have signed a waiver where you accept these conditions.

For ALL PRESCRIPTION LENSES, please remember they are coming from a another country so please understand that delays can happen, under the us health code all cosmetics and vision eye wear has to be provided fresh as to ensure all health for the customer.  We get all of our solotica lenses fresh from Brazil so please keep in mind!
